Request for Reinstatement

Permanent expulsions at the Barona Resort & Casino may be either voluntary or involuntary. Expelled patrons cannot return to Barona Resort & Casino unless they meet with, and are reinstated by, the Barona Gaming Commission. The Barona Gaming Commission is a governmental agency that is separate and apart from the Barona Resort & Casino.

Reinstatement is entirely within the discretion of the Barona Gaming Commission. Reinstatement will only be permitted to the extent that the reinstatement:

Is consistent with principles of responsible gaming
Does not pose a threat to the integrity of the Barona Resort & Casino
Does not negatively affect the reputation of the Barona Band of Mission Indians or the Barona Resort & Casino
Has no impact on the confidence of patrons that tribal government gaming in California meets the highest standard of regulation and internal controls

Individuals who wish to be considered for reinstatement, must complete and submit a Request for Reinstatement Form.
