Appointments:

Please help yourself and others by arriving 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time. In-room massages are available seven days a week.

Cancellations:
Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will result in a 50% service charge. Spa Packages require a 48-hour cancellation notice to avoid a 100% service charge. Gift certificate appointments shall be reduced by 50% without prior cancellation notice. A non-refundable 50% fee is required for groups of five or more, to be applied at the time of service.

Late Arrivals:
If you are late for your appointment time, your treatment will be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled guest. The usual fee for the treatment will be charged.

To ensure availability of your preferred appointment time we recommend that you schedule your next visit before you leave.
