Barona Valley Ranch Resort and Casino would be delighted to assist you in coordinating a group visit to our grand ranch-style resort, complete with personalized VIP treatment. Each person in your group will immediately become a member of the coveted Club Barona players’ club, complete with official membership cards.

Your Group Concierge will help get your visit started right, pointing out key areas of the casino and explaining how your group members can use their Club Barona Cards to convert points earned while playing into immediately tangible and valuable benefits. The Group Concierge will illustrate the process of redeeming points for such rewards as free cash, free meals, free or discounted merchandise, and a variety of convenient services at Barona Valley Ranch.

Not only is playing at Barona a wonderful experience for groups, but getting here and staying here is also incredibly convenient and comfortable. With a variety of group transportation programs, you can enjoy a plush ride to Barona Valley Ranch, whether you’re within San Diego County, or elsewhere. And our luxurious hotel will provide your group with a first-rate stay. And of course, throughout your entire stay at Barona, your Group Concierge will be available to provide additional information on the benefits of Club Barona membership, or any assistance group members might require.

Group arrivals are received Monday through Friday by 12:00pm and Monday through Thursday after 7:00pm. For groups of 40 or more traveling within San Diego County, a minimum of five hours is all that is required to enjoy the benefits of a fully insured luxury motor coach. Groups whose point of origin is outside of San Diego County — including Los Angeles, Orange County, Palm Springs and select Mexico locations — are eligible to participate in Barona Valley Ranch Resort and Casino's transportation program with a minimum stay of five hours and at least 40 people.
