Gobble Gobble: Barona Oaks Steakhouse Prepares Thanksgiving Dinner

(SAN DIEGO) October 18, 2005 – This Thanksgiving, Barona Valley Ranch Resort & Casino is inviting guests to step out of the kitchen and put their holiday meal into the hands of the talented chefs at Barona Oaks Steakhouse, who have prepared a gourmet menu of traditional holiday dishes available only on Thanksgiving Day. Guests are invited to sit back, relax and enjoy family and friends while they celebrate Thanksgiving in the cozy yet elegant setting of Barona Oaks Steakhouse.

Highlighting the delicious menu is a basted Diestel Farms Free-Range Turkey served with a Giblet Gravy and tart Cranberry Relish. Barona Oaks Steakhouse's Executive Chef Dean Thomas has also prepared a seasonal Organic Vegetable from local Be-Wise Farms and a Sweet Potato Gratin. Guests are urged to save room for a tasty finish to this feast of fall flavors with a Traditional Pecan Pie served with Orange Cream and Almond Brittle. Favorites from the Barona Oaks Steakhouse’s regular menu will also be available such as Pan Roasted Pacific Halibut, S. R. Farms Kobe-style Double Pork Chop and Prime Dry Aged Beef Selections.
