BARONA VALLEY RANCH RESORT & CASINO PAMPERS MOM WITH A MEMORABLE MOTHER’S DAY MENU

(SAN DIEGO, CA) April 9, 2007 – Whether known for her fresh baked cookies, tireless listening skills or simply a shoulder to cry on, it’s no doubt that Mom has earned the right to kick her feet up and enjoy a leisurely meal, no cooking or dishwashing attached. This Mother’s Day, the Ranch House Buffet at Barona Valley Ranch Resort & Casino is preparing a feast fit for a queen to thank Mom for all of the countless deeds she has shown throughout the year.

Executive Chef Dean Thomas is treating Mom with juicy rotisserie selections such as Oven Roasted New York Strip with Port Wine Sauce, Rotisserie Chicken with Grand Marnier-Citrus Glaze, Poached Salmon a la Bérnaise and Bourbon Brown Sugar Glazed Ham. The Ranch House Buffet is paying tribute to Dia de las Madres by offering authentic Mexican favorites including Chilaquiles with Chicken and Cheese, Seafood Enchiladas con Lobster Crema and Turkey Enchiladas with Mole Poblano Sauce. Savory Skillet Breakfasts will also be offered, featuring a zesty Frittata.

For those looking to enjoy a delectable seafood spread, Olive Oil Tuna with Baby Green Beans, Peel and Eat Shrimp, Jonah Crab Claws and Snow Crab Clusters will also be offered. The Ranch House Buffet will also feature a Collection of International Cheeses, Nuts and Preserves in addition to Baby Greens and Fresh Berries.

To end the meal, guests can celebrate something as sweet as mom when indulging in Peach Cobbler with Whipped Cream and Crepas de Cajeta.

The Ranch House Buffet’s all-you-can-eat Mother’s Day menu will be offered in addition to their daily selection of global cuisine and is priced at $29.95 per person excluding tax and gratuity. The menu will be featured on Sunday, May 13 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
