BARONA VALLEY RANCH RESORT & CASINO SPARKS SPRING FEVER WITH SEASONAL EASTER MENU

(SAN DIEGO, CA) – While pastel colors, baskets of candy and exuberant egg hunts signify Easter, a traditional family feast marks the true spirit of spring’s most anticipated holiday. This Easter, the Ranch House Buffet at Barona Valley Ranch Resort & Casino is celebrating the flavors of the season with a collection of tender meats, succulent side dishes prepared with farm fresh vegetables and sweet selections bursting with fruit. These offerings will be featured in addition to the Ranch House Buffet’s daily selection of global cuisine.
 
Executive Chef Dean Thomas has prepared a spring menu blossoming with Easter favorites such as Spring Leg of Lamb with Roasted Garlic Jus, Bourbon Brown Sugar Glazed Ham and Braised Veal Breast served with a Collection of Onions and Apricot Mostarda.  Guests may also enjoy California Asparagus Spears with Pancetta Vinaigrette and Chicken Marsala with Parmigiano and Oil Cured Olives. In addition to savory selections, breakfast bites including a Traditional Challah French Toast with Streusel Topping, Strawberry Shortcake and Classic Deep Dish Quiche Lorraine will be served all day long.

For those looking to indulge in seafood specialties, The Ranch House Buffet will offer a selection of Mahi-Mahi with Lemon-Basil Pesto, Peel and Eat Shrimp, Snow Crab Clusters and Poached Salmon.
 
As Easter is often celebrated with sweet treats, the menu will honor this timeless tradition with a delicious Macaroon-Trifle in addition to the extensive selection of dessert offerings.   Colored Easter Eggs will also be offered to those really looking for a taste of Easter spirit.
