Donation Requests

To be considered for a donation or sponsorship you must submit a written request to Community Relations via email, fax, or mail to the addresses listed below. All donation requests must be received at least 60 days prior to the date the donation is needed. Sponsorship proposals should be submitted by September for consideration in the following year. Written requests must be on official organization letterhead or personal stationery that includes the return address and phone number of the person or organization submitting the request. All requests will be screened and reviewed for consideration by the Community Relations Committee. We will respond to all requests with the decision of the committee, regardless of the outcome, in writing within four weeks of receipt.
